Answer» I am running a 500 G My Book external with VISTA Home Premium. E: (My Book) Local Disk FAT32 B3E1-E5A6 476821 MB 151678 MB 32 % I cannot name a "new folder" nor can I cut or delete files. I can REMOVE the drive from the computer and after 2-3 MINS. plug it back in and for a while it will let me do whatever. I am running as the "administrator" user... PLEASE HELP ME WITH THE PAIN!!!
