Solve : Vista 64 Windows Can't start up?

Answer»

I recently installed prince of persia the two thrones on my cyberpower vista 64 bit PC.

When I tried to run it,  a game window pops up trying to recognize my computer and its minimum requirements needed to run prince of persia. It did not recognize my quad core 9850 processor. Even so, I tried RUNNING the game and the computer unfortunately crashes.

When I tried to reboot my computer, it would say an error has occured and do I want to start windows normally, safe mode, etc.

I tried all of the methods but every and everyone of them TAKES me back to the "start windows normally, safe mode, etc" place.

The hint thing on it tells me to insert windows vista disc and try repairing the computer.

I inserted the disc and restarted the computer, but it does not repair, but asks if I want to enter Windows EM2 when i booted from the disc drive. I entered it and it loaded for a while and asked for the product key. Unfortunately, I have both xp and vista discs, but lost the product key for both of them.

Any ways to fix without repairing or formatting? If not, how do I get my product key(s) back?

Thank You. The computer is only 3 month old and my DAD is gonna be pissed at me if I spend more money on it ;-;if windows is running ok, then there is a program on the internet that RETRIEVES the cd key...its called a key finder program....search google for ithttp://magicaljellybean.com/keyfinder/Are there any Windows stickers on the PC? If so it could have the product key for which OS originally come on the PC.
