Answer» Hi: I've got a Dell Inspiron running Vista Home. I can't get windows updates as the PROGRAM to launch it LOOKS to be an emply folder. It's path is "... system32\wuapp.exe STARTMENU" but when I go into system 32, there's no wuapp folder.Well after a little more digging, I found the solution. I ran system file CHECKER (sfc /scannow) from the command prompt----that was it!
