Solve : Vista Corrupt Registry?

Answer»

If you could borrow Vista DVD, we could run repair installation.
If that's not an option, I SUPPOSE, you back up your data and you EITHER reinstall Vista, using recovery PARTITION, or go for Win 7.okay. I only have two paid program on my computer, and they are Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007, and Microsoft Office Publisher 2007. I still have the installation disks, but will there be any problem installing them more than once? And will they run on win7? On the box it says it will run on XP and Vista.

No, there should be no problem.  It's possible you could encounter a message saying the software was previously registered and therefore cannot be registered again, when registering/authenticating the software.  If that happens, you'll have an option to call Microsoft and they will authorize the registration of the new installation based on your explanation of what you're doing.
