In the near future I'm building a computer from scratch and I have a question as to what version of VISTA I should get. I want to get the Microsoft Windows Vista 64-Bit Ultimate for System Builders Single Pack DVD - OEM as seen here http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductReview.aspx?Item=N82E16832116215 but I ALSO LIKE to do the OCCASIONAL reformat once in a while just to get a completely fresh START. My question is, is it possible with the Vista for System builders or would I have to get http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16832116140 for that. And what if for whatever reason I needed to reinstall it, is that still possible. Essentialy what I'm wondering is what I'm really giving up for the $150 or so I'd save. Thanks in advance.
