Also make sure that the power supply has proper connectors for the motherboard. If the motherboard is running an AMD Athlon 64 or Phenom CHIP, it'll probably require something like this: 24-pin power connector 4-pin +12V power connectorJust wanted to say that I got my new PSU and all is well with my computer.
