Solve : Vista Network Problem?

Hello:

There are three vista pcs and a local (tcp/ip) printer setup on a network with a router. The main pc (the ONE sharing files and printer) can go ONLINE but can't access the printer or see the other pcs. The other two pcs can't access the main pc or printer. All three pcs were "tuned-up" over the weekend and apparently something was disabled???

Any thoughts?

What does that mean?Well, I figured it out. The router went bad and was only acting as a switch--it was allowing only one ip address in from the isp instead of assigning LAN ip addresses. That's twice now I have worked on a pc and something unrelated went wrong right after.
