Solve : Vista opens but no programs open????

1.	Solve : Vista opens but no programs open????
Answer» When I start up windows VISTA ULTIMATE it starts up normal. Then when I try to OPEN programs such as explorer, itunes, control panel, backup restore, photoshop, antivirus programs etc etc... Nothing opens. any ideas?Does all desktop look normal? When did it start? Any recent COMPUTER changes? Same in SAFE Mode?
