Solve : vista partitions?

i OPENED up my disk management and NOTICED 4 partitions:

1.  39MB EISA Configuration
2.  9.77GB recovery d:
3.  139.75GB OS c: 136.75GB system, BOOT, pagefile, active, crash dump, primary partition
4.  2.50GB Primary

what do these mean? and which ones can i get rid of?See Here...

Who built this system ? ?bought it at best buyits a dell inspiron 1525 laptop, pentium t2370, 2gb of ram, vista home premiumAlthough it's a convoluted setup if it is a laptop i would leave it as is.
Are you running short of drive space or just curious ? ?just curious. and i was THINKING of doing a dual boot. i kinda really dont like vista, but i guess it would be good to learn it
