Solve : Vista RAM?

I have windows vista and it USE too much of RAM (From 2GB 55% is used). Programs running in system tray are Skype, Nokia PC suite, daemon tools, AVG antivirus (free), and windows sidebar. Sorry for language.Vista handles RAM very differently than you were used to...
