Hi (GOOD to SEE this site is still helping people! I Haven't been on here in a while)

I have a Dell Laptop and want to format the harddrive and OBVIOUSLY I want to re-install windows. I have a Windows Vista Reinstallation Dvd that CAM with the laptop, but I'm not sure whether this is ACTUALLY a full version of windows and whether it will actually fully install it after re-formatting....Does anyone know?

Also, will I be able to use the dvd to re-install windows after re-formatting another computer?
