Solve : Vista system does not start - User partition is corrupt or missing?

Answer»

I am using an alienware SYSTEM with a raid0 SETUP. This morning it was slow, so I went to the kitchen for a coffee. When i returned the screen was black / off. I restarted it then it said it could not find a bootable disk.

I was told by alienware to use the recovery dvd (seems to be their only answer). But as many others I do not have a backup. Is it possible to get the data of those disks?

I made a bootable CD (using vistaPE) but I am not familiar with all the tools. I can see both SSD (samsung DRIVES) and one shows a partition (disk) but i cant get it back to work.

Any help is welcome!

MarkCan you boot in safe mode?
