Solve : Vista Taskbar Windows Opening To The Right?

For some reason, the windows in my taskbar are opening up to the right side, and are smooshed to the side. I can only view two at once. I want to put them back to NORMAL!

It's hard to explain so I attached screenshot.

Try to hover your mouse, just left to those two open programs, and see if it'll change to double arrow.
