Solve : Vista to XP? |
|
Answer» I just got a Toshiba Satellite a135s2276 500mg ram 1.6 dual-core laptop and was not impressed that it had to be VISTA... So I was wondering how hard it would be to go back to Xp, if it would be trial and error or if there was a WAY to find out if its even possible at this point...Why not Leave vista on the PC until SP2 comes out. (Please ignore the previous post up there. )Now realy why are you this rude to me! I only try to help! Is it forbidden to be a teenager at this site. In the beginning you didn't knew it all to. Sorry for trying to learn new things.I'm sorry Jonas We didn't mean any dissrepect this site is for begginers of all ages so we get alot of posts that should be overlooked... hang around long enough and you will see I and GX1-Man has a crude sense of humor that should not be taken personal...Quote from: Jonas Wauters on May 12, 2007, 02:40:37 PM Why not Leave vista on the PC until SP2 comes out. OK, Jonas, it's your turn. How EXACTLY would he do this?Fist install VistaBootPro to manage the boot process. then insert the disk and instal the OS. Jonas And you have done this successfully? Quote GX1-Man has a crude sense of humor I have never displayed a crude sense of humor. It is usually more of a "rapier wit".Quote from: fat_basterd21 on May 12, 2007, 02:37:47 PM I just got a Toshiba Satellite a135s2276 500mg ram 1.6 dual-core laptop and was not impressed that it had to be Vista... You might also want to check with the manufacturer to see how this will affect your warranty...as i SAID in another thread on this machine it will be SEEING the shop soon with all the changes that are being made. |
