Solve : Vista Welcome Screen?

Hi everyone, this is my first post.

I have a puzzling problem and I am a bit of a newbie!

OBTAINED a PC with Vista pre-installed yet for some reason despite ADDING other standard user accounts when the PC boots it immediately logs into the Administrator account.

Is there something I NEED to do to ENABLE the WELCOME Screen to appear to enable selection of the account to appear?

Am I missing something?
