Answer» Went to use VPN/CISCO 5.0 (always worked fine) and the connect/disconnect icon was disabled. Help Desk said to uninstall, which I did...then (reboot) and tried to download new VPN/Cisco 5.0 from WEBSITE. Error: C:\Documen~1\Karen\Tempor~1\content.IE5\12FCZAHN\installservice.exe. Seems to receive download info but will not install Cisco VPN? any ideas? Compaq/Presario AMD SEMPRON 3000+ 2000 Mhz/333Hz 512 KB 447MB XP HOME 32 bit Svc. Pk
