I'm trying to set up a VPN server on my Laptop. :-/
Its running on Win Xp Professional with service pack 2
I TRIED connecting to it from another location but it failed... any idea y...?
I've tried setting up a VPN Server using another Laptop running on Win 2000. I can connect to it but the Win XP is having problems...
I connect as Administrator and the logon password right..? check the the remote access box is enabled and your firewall SETTINGS are ok to allow vpn

The remote PC is running on Win 2000... PC2
PC1 was able to connect to PC2 via VPN when PC2 was acting as the server...
But PC2 could not access PC1 when PC1 was acting as the server...
Helpppppppp....
type netstat in the cmd prompt.....
what does it tell you?
