Answer» I have just built the wife a new computer, the old one is running XP Home.
She uses Outlook Express for her e-mail.
I have one of the pre-order W7 disks to PUT on her new computer (when it comes), but can I back up OE and transfer all her e-mails to whatever program W7 uses for e-mail.
Or can I save all her e-mails and put them into something like Thunderbird.
Also what is the best way to save OE mail for transfer.
I'm not familiar with Microsoft's eMail programs, but if you run out of ideas, you can forward all eMails you want to save to a web based eMail account like YAHOO, or GMAIL, then all eMail will be saved on a yahoo/gmail SERVER...
