Answer» Hiya Fellas'! I have a serious problem here. From some download or other, I have a program named "W8 Sidebar". I deliberately let it install because it sold itself as a handy desktop gadget, giving a lot of information at a glance from a small desktop MENU! It does this, but it causes other problems that are very irksome ! I have tried to uninstall it, but it does not show any installation file anywhere? None of my uninstallers can find it??? You just close it and it's GONE, and you can optionally delete the executable, which in your case I'd suspect of being in your downloads folder.It may also be in the Startup folder as well...THANKS fellas' I have had a response from the makers, there is a folder in my 'Documents' ... this just needs deleting!
