It did the same thing as earlier- when I hit 'download', it starts, then when at the left/bottom of my screen, it says 'i more item to download', it stops.  I tried the 'click here if does not automatically', but it just bounces back to the partial download page.I uploaded the file for you here: http://www.uploadbigfiles.net/download.php?file=910idsuite_noins.zip

Then double click on IDSuite.exe to run the program.Broni- I am not sure itis installed- when I go to control panel/add remove, it is not listed- I have them in alpha order, and it should be 'index.dat_noins', but none.
I think at this point I don't want to take up any more of your time, because it is certainly me doing something wrong.  I could tell you better what happens, but each time I end up with several screens, and can't remember exactly what is on what without writing each one down!
I am going to town TOMORROW- I'll go to the computer place and see if they know what I am doing wrong.

It's not that I don't listen, I do not understand the computer at all. I don't think, that's the issue.
