I was wondering if anyone could tell me what I need to do on my computer to be able to watch utube or other video clips on my computer without it stop starting constantly. It playse for about five seconds then LOADS more than plays that bit and so on. Actually You tube does take sometime to load VIDEOS , its normal.

Also it is probably that YouTube's servers are being slow for whatever reason.

Also check your Flash player settings and make sure you have the latest version.

But still you might wanna take a look at This.

It can also take a while to load if you are trying to watch many videos at once.I just tried to listen to a song on Youtube and it wouldn't load so I am guessing it's a problem with the Youtube Server.
In this case, it wouldn't be a problem with your computer.

I am aware that Youtube had undergone some maintenance lately, so I wouldn't be surprised if something happened or they are still doing it.Let's wait and see what type of Internet connection she has...
