Solve : wbdbase.nld?

While formating my sisters computer I get and error that says:

Setup cannot copy the file: wbdbase.nld

when I press enter to retry it goes back to the same error.
What is this file? Do I really need it?What Setup?

What are you trying to do?http://www.ozzu.com/mswindows-forum/pro-setup-problem-setup-can-copy-file-wbdbase-t31362.html points to dirty CD, or bad CD drive. Read on.I'm pretty sure the CD is okay, so I'll try to swap the drive out.
Thanks You may CLEAN CD anyway.The old drive was FULL of cat hair. I swapped it out and the install WENT smooth.
