Solve : WD External Drive-Kodak AIO Printer?

I have a WD external drive and a Kodak AIO printer.
If the WD is plugged in the printer won't work.
If the printer is on the WD won't work.
I ALSO have a Seagate external drive and it works fine. I have TRIED unplugging them from the tower and changing locations no help.
Any help ?
