Answer» I bfound this type post but i cant receive my answer. my problem is something diffrent
Hello All
I turned on my pc yesterday to find a full screen message that read ....
We apologize for the inconvenience, but windows did not start successfully A recent hardware or SOFTWARE change might have caused this. If you computer stopped responding, restarted unexpectedly or was automatically shut down to protect your files and folders choose last known good configuration to revert to the most recent settings that worked. If a previous start up attempt was interrupted due to power failure or because the power or reset button was pressed or if you aren't sure what caused the problem choose start windows normally
then it GIVES the five choices safe mode, safe with networking, safe with command prompt, last known good configuration start normally
No matter what i choose it flashes then goes to the intel page with the option to press f2 the windows appears to be loading then I am back to original page we apologize.....This runs through about five times then I have a black screen
