Perhaps you could have your friend answer some questions for us ......for example ....what operating system are they using ?
do the pages not display at all or display only partially ?

Are any error messages being displayed ?

When was the last time that the pages would open ok ?

Is a Antivirus program being used regularly ?

and the list goes on ......the best way would be for them to come here directly ......

Hope this helps

yeh he is using Xp

He ran a virus scan but got nothing.

The last time ti worked properly was about a hour ago.

The web pages are the "page could nto be displayed ones" It says try to refresh. That does nothing.

Yeh he cant come here because the web brouser is dead. He talk me his probs on team speak.

Thanks
R0SSR0SS.....Well , if he is certain he hasn't any viruses .......I would have him USE the system restore feature thats built into XP and set it to restore back to yesterday ......

Let us know

R0SSYeh thats FIXED it thanks agian

R0SSnormal things like popup killer and other third party software can stop webpages displayingand firewall can also stop webpages...most webpages that dont display properly contain..malware/scumware/spyware etc...
