Answer» I am trying to download a webcam from a kennel so as to MONITOR my dogs actions while there. I can get the kennel and the webcam but when I try to ACTIVATE the cam I get this message (no windows permission to download OCX). I have Vista Home 64bit system. Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem. Use IE. And go to Tools - Security - (uncheck) Enable protected mode That should work 64 bit Windows does not support unsigned drivers. OCX MAY not be signed or may not work for Vista 64. You should ask the hardware MAKER for updated drivers.
