Meanwhile installing in a friend's desktop and testing through Skype we have image but not sound. Anybody please can help me?your laptop has a microphone BUILT in. your friends COMPUTER doesn't.I thank you for your suggestion. Unfortunately is not the case. The webcam has an incorporated microphone.
