You're all going around in circles. what do you expect to find running a video DIAGNOSTIC? That the video card isn't working? Seems fairly clear that it isn't given the anomolous display. If reinstalling the driver didn't work, you need a new card.This will test all her HARDWARE including her motherboard, video card ETC. and I have stated previously that I think it is her video card but we are not looking at the computer and I don't want this user going off paying money and something else is causing it.yep it was the video cardwhich video card should i buy? any recommendations? |
