Solve : Weird Internet Issue?

I have a laptop running on Vista and I've recently noticed an odd problem with the internet. IE works just fine, no issue there, HOWEVER I first noticed a problem when I tried to use Itunes to access the internet for the MUSIC store and it can't connect. I made sure it's MARKED as an exception on the firewall even though I didn't get any message about the firewall blocking it. I just installed Firefox and that can't get online either. Even with the firewall entirely turned off these applications can't get online.

Anyone have any IDEAS what's going on here???Did you try SAFE Mode with Networking?
