1.	Solve : welcome message hanging after log on?
Answer» I have a vista home premium. Whenever i enter my sole administrator account's password, the WELCOME SCREEN freezes. I can't do anything that requires the administrator's permission, so i wasn't EVEN able to use the SYSTEM SOFTWARE disc to repair the problem since i have to have the administrator's permission to run it... Can anyone help me please ?
