When did this error first apear ?

Were you trying to do something and it went wrong or perhaps a update or a software install or trying to tweak something ?

dl65 Have you tried going to safemode ?--->SafeMode

In safemode choose'Last KNOWN Good Configuration.

To get microsoft office, you have to have the CD for it.oh yeah carbon i figured so. my bad, lol I should have known but i do not have the cd itself is there other alternative to this. thank you

I have two accounts, this one doesnt have MS Office so I use Open Office.
