Solve : What is a good fan temperature??

This may be a lame question :S But I just DOWNLOADED SpeedFan to avoid my COMPUTER of TURNING off, but I'm not sure of what fan temperatures are good for my computer.
(I'm not sure how to modify the fan speed on SpeedFan either :x)

Also, what model is the computer? (also, desktop or laptop)Not all motherboards allow control of fan speeds. Go to http://www.almico.com/forummotherboards.php and see whether your motherboard is listed.
