Answer» It is listed as a device by the Windows7 Upgrade Advisor Report, which also said there is update software for using this device on Windows 7. I can't find the update anywhere, whether Toshiba or Fujitsu. Maybe it is listed under a software name that I'm not familiar of. That's why I want to know what a BT Port is - whether it is sound or video or what. Pls help. Bluetooth. Your particular model computer may not actually have it. When the maker creates the factory software load for new models they include everything that either is AVAILABLE or may be available in that particular model anywhere in the world, however in some areas a particular model is sold without Bluetooth. For example the Toshiba 745 sold in the US comes without a Bluetooth card or antenna. Will the software for BT Port be included in the Bluetooth Stack for Windows? My Fujitsu laptop S7211 has bluetooth. Probably. Have you tried using Bluetooth? The bluetooth WORKED with my OEM VISTA Home BASIC. I want to make sure I can handle all probable compatibility issues before I upgrade to Windows 7 Home Premium. I don't want any nasty surprises, if possible.Then search the manuf. site and make sure the PC has all available Win7 Drivers before upgrading... If they do may as well DLoad then all now and burn them to CD or a thumb drive.It doesn't sound as if you will have any nasty surprises. Thank you so much for the help. |
