Answer» My mother recently got a Dell laptop with Windows XP. But when she is in Yahoo email typing an email, sometimes it throws her back into the previous screen of the email she is replying to, and she loses the email she was typing. She doesn't know how this is happening, and she lives FAR from me and I won't GET to see her for a while to check it out myself. Does anyone know how a Dell laptop will send you back to the previous screen without your doing it on PURPOSE? Thank you for any help.Alt +back arrow... Alt + forward arrow will get her back to where she was...Thanks for the idea. She says she hasn't hit Alt and the back arrow key. Are there any other WAYS she could be accidentally going to the previous screen on her laptop? Thanks again.hitting the touchpad inadvertently... Mouse side button (in case she USES a mouse )
