Answer» Hi Friends! You are running an HP system; the file is a temp data holder used by some of the proprietary software HP runs on the system to help the user 'experience a better more enjoyable computing environment'.I don know whether the 'Strange looking' 0Kb file is system protected or else, but its neither Hidden nor Read only! I do have a HP 3-in-1 device(PRINTER,Scanner,Copier) & around half-a-dozen of Virtual printers that aid the conversion of any file format to .pdf Screenshot is rather irrelevant...in this context! [attachment deleted by admin]Found some info - I'm with WyattSoft - it seems the file is created by HP drivers and can be deleted if you uninstall the HP software but then you won't be able to run your 3-in-1 so I suggest you just forget it. A bit of info here My System is already devoid of any such CRAP form HP! These Guys literary 'Suffocate' your PC with all kinds of 'System Choking' Start-up Items & Automatic Services! I just rely upon a simple driver(that detects USB of HP 3-in-1 device). No Wizard, No Bells & Whistles!
