|
Answer» i have 2 movies in my pc and both of them have a common in their file names.this is...... A real video file would NEVER give you an error message urging you to download software like the error message you got.i got it.. YEAH you're right. Just to claryfy little bit more. You already know from Deerpark's link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pirated_movie_release_types what "screener" is. In most cases, movies like this are playable. They may display some copyright warning screen at the beginning, or they may display a watermark throughout a movie. Often Windows Media Player won't play movie like this one, because of copyright issues. That's why, you're getting this: Quote the file is not compatible with your media player3rd party players, usually will play it, but if you're getting something like: Quote Please visit Code: [Select]www.TorrentMovieSupport.com to download the Media Player.the file is suspicious, and should be left alone.i am wondering why this message appear in my player. but now i really understand it. thank you so much for your help guys. i really appreciated it. it helps me a lot. Oh, I would say you need to check your computer for viruses and adware after such files! Most probably the file had .exe extension that you didn't see, because extensions are hidden on your system. |
