Anybody can explain me when and how to upgrade  the BIOS?

Thanks a lot for your share!You never upgrade your BIOS unless it is absolutely needed.

Sometimes upgrades to your computer usually hardware,maybe
software will require an upgrade of the BIOS.

Unless you have a real NEED don't EVER do it. You need to go to the manufacturers WEBSITE, look up your BIOS type, and download the update.  The site usually has instructions you can print out and follow.  HOWEVER... take heed to street1's advice.  Screwing  around with the BIOS can make your system unusable
