Answer» Hi all,
I was still using windows 7. A few days, when I turned on the PC, a windows black screen appeared with two options for me to choose from: SYSTEM repair or Start as normal.
I PICKED the System repair option, and waited for a few minutes but what I could see was still a black screen.
I restarted the PC and pressed F2 and chose the Safe Mode option, but then BLUE screen of death just happened. The computer restarted and loaded the black screen again.
I had done a windows BACKUP two months ago and saved a windows 7 backup file in Partition D, I borrowed a True Image 11 rescue disc from my friend and tried to locate the backup file so as to restore windows 7 to two months ago, but when I tried to locate the windows 7 backup file using the True Image 11 rescue disc, a message "can not recognize any HARD drive" popped up.
I think my computer's hard disk is dead, but I am not really sure if I guess it right.
Please help if you could.
Thank you.
