Have you just let it run like that for awhile so it may give a clue to what program ? ? Because it happens in IE i would suspect an online game or something of that nature...my parents and brother uses the machine aswell, so they might have downloaded something. it doesnt tell U WANT kind of program its downloading, it just started yesterday.What would happen, if you'll wait a little to see what happens?
