it was working fine then i turned off the computer and restart a few hours later it didn't work it starts booting windows and when its about to launch the INFO it just loaded it does a power restart i try ed safe mode same thing and in bios its not detecting certain values and its not the bios it work fine with other hard DRIVES
and it not that windows or nothing loads at all right before it goes to the USER sign in that when its restarting and safe mode is the same exact thing.1) Can you get to safe mode?
2) PLEASE use punctuation in your posts - you want to make it as easy as possible for us to understand you I understand about the punctuation. But i did state that it doesn't start in safe mode and that all it does is get the the windows screen with the LOAD bar and never loads up fully to let me start up the computer it just continually restarts in every mode.Okay.

1) Before the problem arose did anything new or unusual occur (new hw, sw, virus, error, etc)?

2) First troubleshooting step: Boot to the Recovery Console and run chkdsk /r
