When I shut down the computer or restart, I get the following messages.

dwwin.exe-dll initalization failed

The Application failed to initalize because the window station is shutting down.

Then a window opens up and needs me to canel or end as the prog is not responding, the prog is Abode Acrobat. I opt for end and then it shuts down or restarts.

This is on my work computer. Microsoft Windows XP Professional Version 2002, Service  Pack 2

Microsoft Office 2003

AVG, ADAWARE & Spybot search and destroyed are installed

Computer Intel(R) Pentium (R) 4 CPU 280 GHZ, 2.79 GHz, 248 MB of RAM. CPU is HP compaq. Hope I have given all needed information.

EagleHave you tried reinstalling Adobe Acrobat?Okay, let me do that and get back.   Thank youI uninstalled and re installed Adobe Acrobat and everything is back to normal.Thank you very much for the HELP.Better still, remove the Adobe Acrobat virus & install Foxit.
