Answer» Why computer restarts always after I shutdown computer?
PLEASE give me some advice. OS is windows XP profe. sp2 ram 2 gbAs detailed as your post is, perhaps you can EMBELLISH just a little more. EXACTLY what happens, when does it happen, when did it START happening, is there anything new between the LAST time your system worked properly and the first time it didn't (new hw, sw, virus, etc), how do you shut down, does it happen from safe mode, etc.Computer restarts always when I press on shutdown tab. There is no change in hard ware or software. And I didnt try on safe mode. One thing I noticed that power supply unit fan was not running for few days, but system was running perfectly except this restating problem.
