Solve : why won't it instal?? |

Answer» I have this computer and the disk of win xp reads the computer formates the hdd and it restarts then when says boot from cd....... erorr loading os. why? i did delete partition i made a new one and formated it?! This is what the error message means...there is no longer an OS to load to.ok let me rewrite this. This is a used computer i got from PC options. I got this computer with no os present. When the computer boots it shows that hdd and dvd burner are notived in the bios along with the A:\ drive or floppy. So i have Put win XP pro into the drive and it didn't read. So i went in to the bios and set the first boot device from A:\floppy to D:\dvd Burner and rebooted it. The disk then started loading after it SAID> press anykey to boot from cd. After that i deleted partion made a new one formated it and installed win XP. Then the computer restarts and says error loading os> why. Sys.= 900 MHz processor 512 mb ram 40 GB hdd floppy disk dvd burner PS I even loaded win from a floppy disk i downloaded from microsoft boot disks>Where is this XP CD from ? ?its from pc options oringinal While this should not make a difference, let's try something. Put the hd first in the boot order and reboot. Any change?im SORRY what do you mean by boot order? |
