Have you made any recent CHANGES to the computer - driver updates, installed software, installed hardware, etc?
Turn off the wireless - any change?
Try updating the driver for your Atheros Wireless.I began receiving BSOD around 9/16/2008. Mostly IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL but sometimes other errors, sometimes no specific error at all, just bluescreen.
They would occur for a day or so and then stop for awhile until Oct. 30 when it started HAPPENING very regularly. I took the PC to a technican for diagnosis. They thought it was somehow USB related but couldn't pinpoint the cause. They suggested making sure all drivers are up-to-date.
Long story short... I have a Belkin Wireless G USB Network Adapter that was updated to use the new driver ATHRUSB.SYS. The Belkin driver update site stated this was the updated driver for Windows Vista, and many other OS's. On Nov. 8, I uninstalled & reinstalled the Belkin adapter using the CD that came with the device (driver BLKWGU.SYS) and I have experienced ZERO bluescreens. I will not be updating the driver for this device.Reever You need to start your own topic.
