Answer» I have IBM net vista win2000 . I don't know what went wrong . any icon or folder i try to open from the desktop or the start .. prog. menu doesn't work !! every time i try to click on one of them, the windows refresh and looks like logging off and back on again !! every THING flash and disappear from the desktop then comes back .Icant open any folder or click on any shortcuts !! Any ideas what might have sprouted this problem? Any recent DOWNLOADS or installs?Are you able to open programs from the Start menu?I can't open folders.
