1.	Solve : win 8.1 and onboard bluetooth?
Answer» Hi I have a netbook with win 8.1 and although it TELLS me bluetooth is on (bluetooth settings) and searching for and can be discovered by other devices it will not RECOGNISE any phone nor can they see it. any SUGGESTIONS ?
