Answer» Does anyone know what might cause win explorer to NOT START up automatically? If I reboot, my desktop comes up, blank. Just the WALLPAPER. I can start explorer with taskmaster, but it's annoying knowing that something's wrong. I've ran sfc and win UPDATE is up to date... |
