Answer» I am in the Computer Managament and just don't understand a fue settings. Everything is working I just would like to know what these fue settings do?
Say you look at the Service FAX Service you can set it to Disable this will Stoip this Service for good.
Then there is Manual the will let you turn this Service On and Off this I don't know how you use.
Then there is Automatic this lets win turn it on and keep it in RAM till it needs it again.
Then there is Automatic Delay I don't get this.
OK here it goes if you set it to Disable then it is turned off for good. But how does Manual setting work? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_serviceOk the setting that just says Automatic just starts the Service when win Bootsup and keeps it running in RAM.
The setting Automatic Delay will start the Service when win Bootsup but I did not get it does then? Does it Stop it or what?Quote from the link :
Quote starts the service a short while after the system has finished booting and INITIAL busy OPERATIONS, so that the system BOOTS up faster
. Sort of a leeway from the booting time.So if I set any service to Automatic Delay the system will start it after the system Boots.
But just for a little bit and then keep it on in RAM so it will act like Automatic?
Did I get it RIGHT?
