Answer» I hope someone can help. Trying to download the software for itunes for a new ipod we GOT this error. We have updated all windows apps. and have windows XP. Any fixes or PATCHES to help us with it?It is either the file you're trying to download are missing or corrupt. Is the software COMPATIBLE with your system? If yes. Delete and redownload, if you get the same error, try downloading from another site. Goodluck It may be also a sign of an infection.Thanks for the responses. The software is directly from apple.com, so i wouldn't think it was corrupt or had errors. We do regular virus checks and clean ups too. Did you try to re-download it.
