Solve : Win7 Outlook?

I  just installed Win 7.  Prior to doing anything I saved my Outlook 2007 address book to DISC.  Now I cannot FIGURE how to reinstall it.  Any TIPS are welcome, please.

How did you do that?  Are you talking about a .PST file or another type of file your exported from Outlook?
